Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
- A refund request will be accepted only if it is made within 10 days from the date of placing the order.
(This applies only in cases where the product is damaged, duplicated, or the quantity is incorrect). To be eligible, the item must meet the following conditions: - Unused and in the same condition as received.
- Returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
- Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return/exchange.
- Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement/exchange.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Categories
Certain items are exempt from returns or refunds, such as:
- Seeds: Germination depends on soil, climate, watering, and other factors beyond our control. Hence, no refund or return is possible on seeds.
- Any other exempted categories will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Conditions for Return & Refund
Refund/exchange requests will be accepted only if:
- The product was not damaged while in your possession.
- The returned product matches the one shipped to you.
- The product passes our quality check and inspection after it reaches us.
Reporting Issues
- Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery to our customer support team. The issue will be verified before processing.
- Wrong/Unexpected Products: If the product received differs from what was shown online or from your expectations, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will review and update you on the decision.
- The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after the cancellation request is approved.
Online Payment Cancellations
- If you cancel your order without a valid reason after making an online payment, please note that payment gateway charges (3% + GST) will be deducted from the refund. These charges are applied by the gateway and are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- To request a refund/exchange, email us at info@paidavaar.in with your order number, details, and reason for return.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email/SMS regarding approval or rejection of your request.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method/bank account. The timeline may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
- Refunds will be issued only after the returned product reaches us and passes quality verification.
- An unboxing video is mandatory and must be provided as proof to process complaints related to damage, defects, or missing items. Customers are required to share an unboxing video of the product as proof.
Important Notes
- Refunds/exchanges will be made only after a thorough investigation by our team.
- The customer name must match the Paidavaar account name and bank account details provided. Proof such as a cheque/passbook photo and Aadhaar/PAN card may be required.
