Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver across India, except for remote areas not serviced by courier networks.
  • Our primary courier partner is Blue Dart, along with other trusted partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, Ecom Express, Shadowfax.
  • If you are unsure whether your location is serviceable, please email us at info@paidavaar.in before placing your order.

2. Order Confirmation

  • For new customers, our executive may contact you to confirm your order and verify your delivery details (address and pincode).
  • If your pincode is not serviceable, you may be asked to provide an alternative address/pincode.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of shipping.
  • Delivery timelines mentioned on our website are estimates and may vary depending on:
    • Product availability,
    • Weather conditions,
    • Delivery location,
    • Courier company’s service policy.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you so you can monitor the delivery status.

5. Delivery Limitations

  • While Paidavaar and our courier partners make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays or non-delivery may occur due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, Paidavaar is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss caused by delay/non-delivery.
  • If your address falls under an ODA (Out of Delivery Area) location, you may need to self-collect the parcel from the nearest courier office. Our support team will provide you with the courier office details and assist you throughout.
