This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require publishing the rules, regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name paidavaar.in/

The platform is owned and operated by Sarvin Agro Chemicals Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at Rajendra Nagar, Patna, Bihar, India.

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Terms of Use”), along with all applicable policies and guidelines that are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Eligibility

  • The Platform and Services are intended for individual farmers, agricultural professionals, retailers, distributors, institutions in agriculture, and the general public with lawful intent.
  • You are prohibited from using our Services if barred by applicable laws.
    The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.     

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all actions carried out under your account.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete details may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your account.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, prepaid options, or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • All transactions must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

·         Prices displayed are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified.
We reserve the right to modify product prices, payment methods, or discontinue items without prior notice.

1.      Shipping, Returns & Refunds

·         Orders are shipped after confirmation and delivered based on logistics availability in your region.

·         Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines will be shown during checkout.

Returns are accepted only if:

·         Products are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly delivered

Returns are not allowed for:

·         Perishable goods, opened packaging, or regulated items such as agrochemicals, unless defective/damaged

·         Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

·         Refunds will be processed only after product verification and may take up to 7 working days.

5. Communication & Consent
By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications via:

  • RCS, SMS, WhatsApp, emails, phone calls, and app notifications
  • These communications may include order updates, delivery notifications, promotional offers, and service-related messages.

Key points:

  • Promotional communications can be opted out of anytime.
  • Transactional communications (order status, billing, support) cannot be opted out of.
  • Standard mobile data/SMS charges may apply.

Note: All personal data collected for communication purposes shall be processed and stored in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the IT Act and SPDI Rules.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on the Platform—product details, images, text, graphics, software, and trademarks—is the property of PAIDAVAAR / SARVIN AGRO CHEMICALS PRIVATE LIMITED or licensed suppliers.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit the Platform content without written consent.
  • Unauthorized use may result in termination of services and/or legal action.

7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or technical failures.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar, India.
