Description:
Pretilachlor 50% EC is a selective, pre-emergence herbicide specially formulated for effective control of annual grasses, sedges, and some broadleaf weeds in paddy cultivation. Applied before weed emergence, it inhibits weed seed germination and root development, keeping the field weed-free during the early, critical growth stage of rice. Its emulsifiable concentrate formulation ensures easy mixing, uniform spray coverage, and long-lasting weed suppression without harming the rice crop.

Application Guidelines:
Recommended Crop: Transplanted paddy (do not apply in direct-seeded rice unless label indicates).

500–750 ml per acre (or about 1.25–1.8 L per hectare)
Mix with 200–250 liters of water per hectare for even spray
Method: Level the field well and have standing water (2–3 cm) during and after spraying for maximum effect.
